Tunisia Tax and Customs Reform Pilot Activity (Tunisia TCP)
Pragma is currently implementing a major USAID-financed tax and customs reform support program in Tunisia, The Tunisia Tax and Customs Reform Program. Pragma is a sub-contractor under this program to Chemonics International through the Asia and Middle East Economic Growth Best Practices (AMEG) Project.
The purpose of this sub-contract is to provide long-term and peripatetic technical and training support in key tax policy and administration reform areas. This support is designed to promote the development of a more efficient, transparent, and equitable fiscal regime which encourages sustainable and inclusive economic growth.
Pragma’s specific foci under this program include:
1. Provision of expert tax administration-related advisory and training support.
2. Provision of expert tax policy and tax estimation-related advisory and training support.
3. Provision of senior advisory and training assistance in the intergovernmental finance area.
