Nyrouz Oun

With more than 10 years of experience working with international companies working in diverse office environments as an Administrative Assistant, Ms. Nayrouz Oun joined Pragma in June 2019, as an Administrative Assistant. Promoted to its Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) team in April 2020. Ms. Oun now serves as the Point of Contact for Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) in Libya responsible for reporting accurate, timely, and comparable data used to strengthen the program. She also coordinates with and provides support to Pragma’s technical teams and Third-Party Monitoring local subcontractor tracking activities, monitoring field visits, managing day-to-day M&E tasks to ensure effective program implementation. Ms. Oun holds a BA in Business Management from Ibn Alrushed University-Tripoli.
