Ziad Maraqa

A licensed lawyer since 1998 and managing partner of Maraqa Attorneys & Legal Consultants (Amman, Jordan) since 2011, Mr. Ziad Maraqa is a certified commercial law expert with extensive knowledge of international and company law. He has assisted numerous companies on corporate organizational and business registration matters, including a variety of trade, investment, and commercial transactions, as well as licensing, competition, and intellectual property matters. His substantial experience designing and implementing e-Governance legal management systems in the Arab world saw him lead the development of an electronic online case management system in Jordan. Fluent in Arabic and English, Mr. Maraqa holds a master’s degree in Commercial Law, from Sussex University, in the United Kingdom, and a bachelor’s degree in Law from Beirut Arab University in Beirut, Lebanon.
