Ms. Elifnaz Caliskan is a Senior Project Manager passionate about evidence-based policy making with a background in quantitative and qualitative research. Ms. Caliskan also brings key experience in providing technical assistance, as well as leading project design and field implementation efforts in focus areas such as business development, export promotion, international macroeconomic policy, global trade and trade negotiations. With a particular interest in he role of diplomacy, negotiations, and human capital investment in conflict prevention and transformation, her work has focused on emerging markets and post-conflict environments including Yemen, Jordan, Palestine, Myanmar, Nigeria, Kenya, Uganda, Nepal, and Turkey.
