Heather McHugh

Ms. Heather McHugh has over 35 years of international experience in management, facilitation, capacity building (including both technical assistance and training), team building, and collaboration, learning and adapting. Working extensively with Pragma’s programs in Libya, Yemen, Jordan, North East Syria, and Sub-Saharan Africa for over seven years, Ms. McHugh is a thought leader in monitoring, evaluation and learning, and performance management. She has deep experience working collaboratively with field staff to collect and assess the quality and veracity of required, standard, and custom performance data, has conducted quality assurance and quality control reviews, and has established high-quality real-time data documentation systems.
