A senior fiscal policy professional, Mr. Karim Nassar has over ten years of experience working on macroeconomic analysis, data mining, budgetary reforms, Personal Finance Management (PFM), expenditure frameworks, and taxation. Since 2013, Mr. Nassar has worked with the Egyptian Ministry of Finance as a Senior Economist, developing revenue estimation models, tax revenue analysis, and preparing Egypt’s new Value-Added Tax legislation.
