Proficient in Arabic, English, and French, Dr. Mbarek Lassaad has 21 years of experience in monetary policy, monetary management, and cash management. Certified as a Professional Risk Manager, and in Islamic Financing, Dr. Lassaad holds a Ph.D. in Management Science from Institut des Hautes Etudes Commerciales de Carthage, a Master’s in Finance from the Faculty of Management and Economic Sciences of Tunis, an MBA in Banking from the Maghreb Arab Financing Development Institute, and a Bachelor’s in Business from the Institut des Hautes Etudes Commerciales de Carthage.
