Mohammad Ali Kannou

With more than 17 years of experience working with international companies, Mr. Mohammed Ali Kannou conducts oversight and leads Pragma’s multi-talented MEL field team focused on economic growth projects in Libya, Yemen, and North East Syria. Collecting, analyzing, and verifying project results in alignment with USAID, ADS, and data quality standards, Mr. Kannou maintains a rigorous tracking system to meet project objectives, as well as USAID and third-party monitoring requirements. Prior to joining Pragma in August 2014, he conducted offshore services in Tunisia for HP Corporate for five years, and spent three years teaching and advising in academia. Mr. Kannou has an MS in Management Information Systems from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, a BS in Business Administration from the University of Dallas (Texas), and an Accounting degree from the Higher Institute of Accounting in Tunis. He is a certified Worldwide Six Sigma Project Manager (2009), is PMP trained (2013), and completed a Kimmage Institute Results-based Monitoring course (2017).
