With over 30 years of experience in agriculture development, agriculture extension, and agriculture infrastructures in Somalia and Yemen, Mr. Mohsen Hubaishi joined Pragma in 2018. Mr. Hubaishi has participated in the success of many agriculture development and livelihood programs implemented and funded by international organizations donors, including USAID and others.
