Nasser M. Khalaf

A recognized expert in the implementation of Public Financial Management (PFM) IT projects, including several notable achievements with the Government of Jordan, Mr. Nasser Khalaf has more than four decades in the Information Technology (IT) sector. Spearheading numerous strategic initiatives aimed at improving the quality and effectiveness of IT services across Jordan, Mr. Khalaf has conceived, planned, implemented, and evaluated major public sector IT programs.

A distinguished professional and recipient of the Second Degree National Medal from H.M King Abdullah II, his exceptional leadership and management skills, and ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver successful outcomes have made his expertise highly sought after in academic and business circles alike. Recently joining Pragma, he provides strategic oversight and technical support to ensure the successful automation of the Tax Administration System in Yemen.
