With over 15 years of international experience in operational management, system administration, project implementation, Mr. Radi Daqa has extensive knowledge gleaned from working with Central Banks, multiple Ministries of Finance, etc., in payment systems development and rollout. Mr. Daqa has an in-depth understanding of the latest payment systems and critical components on both the retail and wholesale level, and an extensive track record of establishing payment systems in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, most notably Palestine and Yemen.
