Rup Khadka

Serving as a tax policy and administration advisor on over 15 donor projects based in conflict-ridden contexts, including Afghanistan, Tajikistan, South Sudan, Liberia, and Yemen, Mr. Rup Khadka has over 13 years of tax development experience across Asia, Europe, Africa, and the Caribbean. Mr. Khadka has extensive leadership experience in managing, designing, evaluating, and implementing tax policy projects, and has previously served as the Chairman of the Tax Reform Commission and Chief of the Land Revenue Office within Nepal’s Government.
