Scott Taylor

With over 40 years of international development experience, Mr. Scott Taylor has led the development of multiple country assistance strategies and overseen the programming and implementation of economic growth, democracy and governance, health, and education program portfolios in excess of $200 million annually. Fluent in English and Spanish, Mr. Taylor holds an MBA in International Business from the University of Southern California.
