Sener Salci

 With 10+ years of experience, Dr. Sener Salci has worked on more than 30 projects in the energy (electricity and oil/gas), road transport, and agriculture sectors in developing African and Asian countries. Dr. Salci’s expertise includes financial, economic, and distributive impact appraisal of public and private sector investments (PPPs). During his professional career, he has delivered more than 20 capacity building training to government officials in developing countries and development finance institution (DFI) employees in his area of expertise. Dr. Salci holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Birmingham (UK).
