Mr. William Rich has over 25 years of experience delivering contracts, operations, and compliance leadership in MENA, Eastern Europe, Africa, and Asia as a field-based COP and home office senior manager. Overseeing all project and financial management from Pragma’s home office, Mr. Rich combines a strong analytical understanding of USG acquisition regulations and creativity to achieve objectives and mitigate risk.
